I subsequently had to contact your staff on two further occasions and each time my query was dealt with courteously and expeditiously.

The plumber, who was employed by C&B Services of Northampton, was courteous, helpful and very professional to such a degree that I experienced a sense of great confidence in the way in which he undertook and completed the necessary repairs to my system.
